stakeholder

Definition

Person, group, or organization that has direct or indirect stake in an organization because it can affect or be affected by the organization's actions, objectives, and policies. Key stakeholders in a business organization include creditors, customers, directors, employees, government (and its agencies), owners (shareholders), suppliers, unions, and the community from which the business draws its resources. Although stake-holding is usually self-legitimizing (those who judge themselves to be stakeholders are de facto so), all stakeholders are not equal and different stakeholders are entitled to different considerations. For example, a firm's customers are entitled to fair trading practices but they are not entitled to the same consideration as the firm's employees. See also corporate governance.

corporate governance

Definition

Traditionally defined as the ways in which a firm safeguards the interests of its financiers (investors, lenders, and creditors). The modern definition calls it the framework of rules and practices by which a board of directors ensures accountability, fairness, and transparency in the firm's relationship with its all stakeholders (financiers, customers, management, employees, government, and the community). This framework consists of (1) explicit and implicit contracts between the firm and the stakeholders for distribution of responsibilities, rights, and rewards, (2) procedures for reconciling the sometimes conflicting interests of stakeholders in accordance with their duties, privileges, and roles, and (3) procedures for proper supervision, control, and information-flows to serve as a system of checks-and-balances. Also called corporation governance . See also Cadbury rules and governance.

person

Individual, agency, association, branch, corporation, estate, group, partnership, or other entity or organization having legal rights and responsibilities separate from those of other entities and/or of its owners or members. See also juridical person.

DEFINITION #3 above, shows YOU did not set up a straw man. The corporation set up a straw man and it is as illegal as hell. So how can YOU take back something YOU never created in the first place? Do you have a UCC form or affidavit where in, YOU can show YOU did an illegal act in creating the straw man? So they are the ones that committed an illegal act to line their pockets with your money and that is grand theft no matter how you look at it. They looked at you. Said this as a physical man and we can't control him, because he is an ALIEN to our corporation because he is not in contract with us.

Hmm, how do we get him? Oh, we get him to join our corporation and make him think he created us and he made the constitution. Wow, now we affirm he is a corporate (UNITED STATES (corporate) Citizen call him a person and that is OUR straw man in OUR commercial undertakings and he will be none the wiser. He will think he is a man while we, in OUR private commercial Law statutes binding on OUR other citizens, knows that if he remained a man, he would be an alien to OUR (fraudulent) contract we have placed him in VOLUNTARILY. We will put it in OUR U.S.C. and private IRC contract, as to who he was and he will never avail himself of an ALIEN status statutes because he wants to be a US (corporate) citizen and we will be happy, laughing all the way to OUR private bank controlled by OUR incorporator, to deposit his money and we can license OUR straw man for anything we want. We will make tons of money for our incorporator and his private collection agency, as with us in our 26 U.S.C., as a guide line to collect From OUR Straw man we created, all we can take from the straw man and they will be none the wiser. He will never figure out we are a private corporation and believe we are a social government.

NOW, if HE decides to protest he has an estoppel from prevailing because we created a statute 12 Stat 319 that made enemies of all straw men from questioning the private corporate 14 th Amendment provision where the corporate debt cannot be questioned and also bound him (OUR straw man) by Article 149 of General Orders 100, plus the fact he will bring constitutional law into OUR private corporate courts, thinking he is a man and that would be a specious argument for he has no natural law rights, as he gave them up to become a citizen only having the PRIVILEGES he is granted from us as a Straw man in OUR corporate contract with States and he never had any to begin with. He is a mere associated member thinking he was the creator of the corporation, which he never was.

NOW do you all understand the statement Whiting made in his book on Aliens and how their corporate laws do not apply to aliens (not in contract) with THEM, but they can only attack THEIR citizen subjects? I have been telling people since 1990 and you all don't care, nor want to learn, so suffer your impediments you heaped onto yourself.

You just LOVE being THEIR straw man they created for their gain, otherwise you would not be ripped off for all the permits, licenses and taxes , or for that matter real estate taxes, they can legally heap on you because even though it's illegal, has anyone used it to defend themselves?

At the end is the statement by Whiting and I would say, thank you patriots, and you know who you are, that said I was a nut job, went off the deep end and a whole bunch of not so nice things to say about me. Thanks for your support. Now that I brought it down to a Third grade level you might understand. Maybe? Shall I try for a See Spot Run- book level, or are you not that educated yet?

MILITARY GOVERNMENT.

"The Suppression of the present rebellion is not the conquest of a
FOREIGN country. The citizens of the United States residing in the districts in rebellion are not ALIEN enemies, though they are PUBLIC enemies; it is important, in several points
of view, to observe the Distinction between enemies who are subjects of a foreign government, and are therefore called" alien enemies," and those who are denizens and subjects of the United States, and being engaged in civil war, are called " public enemies".

[Remember the word PUBLIC means corporation, misnomered as government. So as was Al Capone a public enemy, so are we today a public enemy.]

An alien owes no allegiance or obedience to our government, or to our constitution, laws, or proclamations. A citizen subject is bound to obey them all. In refusing such obedience, he is guilty of crime against his country, and finds in the law of nations no justification for disobedience. An alien, being under no such obligation, is justified in refusing such obedience. Over an alien enemy, our government can make no constitution, law, or proclamation of obligatory force, because our laws bind only our own subjects, and have no extra-territorial jurisdiction.

Over citizens who are subjects of this government, even if they have so far repudiated their duties as to become enemies, our constitution, statutes, and proclamations are the supreme law of the land. . The fact that their enforcement is resisted does not make them voidIt is not in the power of armed subjects of the Union to repeal or legally nullify our constitution, laws, or other governmental acts .
